Big Win!

Today, our team was able to secure the early release of a juvenile client convicted of 3 counts of robbery!

Despite getting a diploma, a welding certificate, and becoming a peer counselor to other in custody youth, Probation was refusing to release the client because he wouldn’t talk about his case while an appeal was still pending.

The Court saw this for what it was – a blatant violation of the client’s 5th Amendment rights. He was ordered released and gets to (finally) go home to his family!
